Ukrainian IT sector, which exported more than 5 billion dollars last year, is gaining more weight in the Ukrainian economy with each passing year.

The sector, in which nearly 200 thousand software developers work, attracts software developers from different countries as well as foreign investors.

According to the survey conducted with 10 thousand experts in 50 IT companies, software developers primarily find jobs through references.

This is followed by 'linkedin', a social networking platform for the business world.
